Specialized Community Assistance Program
As part of the Homelessness Intervention Project (HIP), the Specialized Community Assistance Program provides long term wrap-around case management services to individuals that are chronically homeless. Participants will receive daily guidance and support towards achieving their goals and meeting their needs. We will assist participants in connecting with community resources and entering into secondary housing from temporary or emergency shelters; often helping to open doors that can lead them towards more self-sufficiency.
This program is being offered in our Prince George office.
Funding provided through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Agreement
