If you are an unemployed or underemployed Albertan in either the Hinton or EdsonJobTracks may be the program for you. With JobTracks, you will be assigned to work one-on-one with one of our well-trained employment advisors to assess your job search needs. With this assessment, your advisor will cater their resources to match your skills, experience and interests. The advisor can provide you guidance in the very basics of job search such as resume and cover letter assistance if you so require, and once your job search foundations are secure, job leads will be presented to you based on your qualifications and skills. If you are lacking skills to fulfill a desired job placement or are having a hard time gaining or maintaining employment, you may be eligible to receive funded Workplace Training. Our advisors utilize their various contacts and resources to match you with the organizations that can facilitate your supplementary training.
There is no cost to any job seeker to be a part of our JobTracks program; you must simply have the desire to work and the need for additional assistance to achieve your employment goals.
