Working with the Province of Alberta and the Ministry of Employment and Immigration, Kopar Administration is proud to offer the JobTracks GC employment services.
If you are an unemployed or underemployed Albertan in Grande Cache, JobTracks GC may be the program for you. With JobTracks GC, there are multiple levels of service. If you are fairly independent and not requiring assistance, then you are more than welcoem to come in and register with our services in order to view our updated daily job board, have access to our computers, use our photocopier and fax machine for employment related purposes, and to be able to attend various workshops on a multitude of job search skills.
If you are wanting a little more assistance and be able to see our employment coaches, then you can register with our services and schedule appointments in order to get you the help you need on a more personal basis. Not only will you have the same or greater access to all the amenities mentioned above, but you will also be able to work one-on-one with one of our employment advisors to make sure your job search is up to date, efficient and most importantly, effective. You will also have exclusive access to job leads which are not shared with the general public.
If you are lacking skills to fulfill a desired job placement or are having a hard time gaining or maintaining employment, you may be eligible to receive funded Workplace Training. Our advisors utilize their various contacts and resources to match you with the organizations that can facilitate your supplementary training.
There is absolutely no cost to any job seeker to be a part of our JobTracks GC program; you must simply have the desire to find employment and/or the need for additional assistance to achieve your employment goals.

If you are an employer in the Grande Cache area needing to hire, look no further! Kopar opens its doors to everyone and carefully works along side job-seekers, so when you need an employee, we can find the individual who best meets your requirements and qualifications. Simply get in touch with one of our friendly employment advisors and tell them about your company and the positions, or positions, you wish to hire for. We will utilize our client list to find the best matches for you and your company and post the job for our clients to view.
We at Kopar do not see any reason for a job posting to go unfulfilled, but we also promise not to waste your valuable time with unqualified or underqualified individuals who do not meet your company standards. Let us be your advertisers and your screeners with no cost to you or your company.
