Kopar Administration in Prince George, BC is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant.
The position is full-time during our regular business hours.
You will help to ensure that the administrative duties of a busy, forward thinking employment agency are completed efficiently and professionally. It will be your responsibility to ensure everyone is treated equally in a polite and courteous fashion.
Major Duties:
- Act as the first line of contact either in person or over the phone
- Be able to use effectively Word, and Excel with knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher as an asset
- Attention to detail is key to the data entry requirements of the position
- Able to fill in where needed with and without direction, show initiative
- Understand confidentiality and protection of privacy
- Able to work in an office setting with multiple programs and be able to discern between them
- Have strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people
